The Minster is the principal church of the Isle of Wight, and is a venue for major church festivals, services and concerts, as well as parish and community events and exhibitions.

Hire the Minster for your event

The Minster can be hired for weddings, funerals, exhibitions, concerts and other events, with a seating capacity of up to 600 people. The Parish Centre is also available for hire.

Newport Minster is currently CLOSED. However, the congregation continue to meet and worship online.

Sunday ZOOM Services commence at 11.00am and ZOOM Chat and Pray commences daily at 11.00am, Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays).
